WE couldn't be more excited to share our official logo with you (check it out👆🏼).
The idea was inspired by my amazing sister. As she explained the concept of flowers growing out of an anatomical heart, I KNEW that was our logo.
Our logo illustrates what happens at The Heart Space Center. When we have that safe, nurturing space, a compassionate human to help hold it, and opportunity to utilize various tools to explore our Inner Selves, we start to see all that is possible.
The artwork in our logo expresses this perfectly. Wildflowers growing out of the human heart - asking us, what is possible? Beauty. Growth. Abundance. The sky is the limit.
And it's all right there, inside.
Thank you for being here, and for diving into The Heart Space Center with us!

Friend, Reiki Healer, and Massage Therapist, Hannah Craft, of LightBody Massage, has teamed up with The Heart Space Center to offer this special collaborative experience!
We had a lovely time co-creating this experience at the NEW Ananda Yoga Space in Garden City in April, that we're offering two more in the Treasure Valley in June:
Friday, June 7, 6:30pm-8:30pm
Sunday, June 23, 1pm-3pm
Every breathwork journey experience we create and offer is different, depending on the season and what we're feeling called to create and share. And of course, each individuals' experience with breathwork varies from session to session. So if you've breathed with us before, come join us again...you never know what magic could unfold from your breathwork journey!
The benefits of this breathwork
Somatic Breathwork can aid the body to release physical "stuckness" such as tension, stress, emotions, trauma. The three-part breathwork we will be facilitating in these sessions can help with a myriad of items from chronic pain and immune function to anxiety, depression and stress, and insomnia. This practice can help us tap into our creativity, and gives us the ability to access more of our "feel good" hormones which can benefit us holistically; from our physical and mental health to our overall spiritual wellbeing.

David Goggins' Can’t Hurt Me is an autobiography that begins by going into detail about his traumatic childhood; and it’s heavy. Be prepared to dive into some heartbreak and potential shock.
The book progresses into a story of resilience. It shows us what is possible if we pour our heart and soul into something.
As a former ultra marathoner and someone who has worked hard to breakthrough a type-a mindset and a slightly OCD fitness regimen, it was sometimes difficult to read about what Goggins puts his body through between his Navy SEALs training to Ultra training, and more.
And, he also shares many poignant points about human potential! He has a 40% rule; the concept that most humans typically get to 40% of their full potential, and at that point it’s painful enough that we “tap out”. So he tapped INTO what can be achieved once we move passed that discomfort at the 40% threshold…then what’s possible? Similarly in our yoga asana (movement) practice, we often talk about playing with your edges. ALWAYS listening to the body, but having an awareness of, “is there space to go deeper into this shape?”. Goggins taps into the awareness of our own human potential with his 40% rule.
If you can make it safely through his childhood at the beginning, aren’t offended by his plethora of f-bombs, can read between the lines for those juicy nuggets (because there are many) and not get caught up in Goggins obsessive tendencies (he admits they’re not the healthiest) then this is a book that may leave you feeling inspired and motivated to keep on whatever path it is that you’re on…with dedication and heart!
I for one have been inspired to lace up my running shoes more frequently after diving into this book and it feels so.damn.GOOD. to be hitting the trails again! And, my practices have also taught me to listen to my body, so I’m hitting the trails today in a capacity that works for me, today. No more ultras in my near future - and that’s okay!

The Ten Laws podcast with East Forest has been a favorite of ours for YEARS!
We’re sharing about it now because in the most recent episode to-date East Forest shares that he’s taking a break from his podcast after five or six years of putting out regular episodes!
It’s super commendable to hear such a talented artist, thought leader in spiritual and journey space “realms”, and a dear teacher of mine, to be listening to his own needs, and stepping back from one of his projects to focus on some other super exciting things he’s cooking up. Talk about walking the walk!
All this to say, now is a great opportunity to check out ALL the evergreen content he’s put out. Check it out now so you can be ready and fresh to see what’s new when he comes back to the podcast…which sounds like it may be the Fall 🙏🏼
In the Ten Laws podcast he has thoughtful conversations with “creatives, thought leaders, musicians, researchers, dreamers and more” and they always leave us feeling insightful, curious, and satiated.
I highly recommend catching up on this podcast while we await whatever is coming next from this amazing creator. And also - check out his music. If you love Ram Dass (if you’re on our newsletter list, chances are, you may love Ram Dass 🥰) you’ll likely enjoy his Ram Dass album, too.

Global
The newest specialty group within the Love Serve Remember Foundation’s Ram Dass Fellowship. Explorer’s Club launched in April and will be hosting monthly virtual satsang (sacred community) gatherings focused around conversations on psychedelics, consciousness, spirituality, science, and creativity. We attended the May gathering and it was fantastic - highly recommend!

NEW Monthly Virtual Donation-Based Yoga
The last Wednesday of the month at:
5:15pm PST/6:15pm MST/7:15pm CST/8:15pm EST
As this is NEW be prepared for some evolution as this offering unfolds.
The intention in offering virtual, donation-based yoga is to allow more folks to join from anywhere, and to share practices we’re feeling called to offer in that moment in time. This could be a yin and yoga nidra practice (ie: very juicy and restorative), or it could be a powerful vinyasa practice (ie: strength, cardio…but always with plenty of grounding to begin and end!).
We will likely send a notification to registrants at least 24 hours in advance regarding the intended vibe/practice will be, so folks can plan accordingly.
Regardless of what’s offered, we make effort to offer variations so that the practice is accessible to most everyone.
To reserve your spot for our Wednesday, June 26 offering, please email info@theheartspacecenter.org, subject, “June Donation-Based Virtual Yoga” and you’ll receive the Zoom link and any pertinent details you’ll need (likely including a special playlist to enjoy during your practice!).
