Before the earth gets dusted with snow, let's help cleanup the land that supports these monthly hikes on this special edition offering. Each participant can pick up as much or as little (or no) trash on our return hike (we'll practice silent hiking meditation as we cleanup).
ABOUT THE HIKE:
The hike is roughly 4.5 miles, roundtrip (out and back). We will hike northeast and east, towards the rising sun, at a steady incline up a large gravel road. Participants are welcome to join for as long and far as they're able to make it. If anyone would like/need to turn around before the group, that is welcome.
We explain the walking meditation before we begin that portion of the hike. We may also invite other mindfulness modalities into our experience as well - each month we just see what unfolds.

opening the heart: kriya, chanting & community

In this donation-based offering, we'll begin by harnessing the power of our breath with a 30-minute breath (kriya) practice to Open the Heart Center, inviting deeper connection with the heart and with Self. As this concludes we’ll welcome heart connection in community through a sacred chanting practice.
Everything is guided, and no experience is necessary. Join us as we fall into the heart space together utilizing Kriya, Chanting, & Community.
