ABOUT THE HIKE:
The hike is roughly 4.5 miles, roundtrip (out and back). We will hike northeast and east, towards the rising sun, at a steady incline up a large gravel road. Participants are welcome to join for as long and far as they're able to make it. If anyone would like/need to turn around before the group, that is welcome.
We explain the walking meditation before we begin that portion of the hike. We may also invite other mindfulness modalities into our experience as well - each month we just see what unfolds.
PLEASE NOTE:
We have Air Quality Index (AQI) protocols. If the AQI is 101 or higher, based on a specific website, we may move indoors for an alternative practice together. Please email us for information.
